Kedar Jadhav’s career started in Pune playing at PYC Gymkhana. He played for a Rainbow cricket club in his early days. He became part of Maharashtra under-19 team in 2004. His first-class debut was in 2007. During the 2012 season of Ranji cup, Kedar performed exceptionally well. He managed to score 327 runs and took it to 1223 runs in the next season. He was the highest scorer of the cup during that season.
In 2014, he played his first ever ODI match against Sri Lanka. He did not do anything worth remembering in that much. He started showing his true colors against Zimbabwe in 2015 when he remained not out at 105 runs. He was also awarded man of the match for the game. This performance also kick-started his T20 career.
While batting for India in 2017, he scored 120 runs which brought victory to them against England. This performance gained him admiration from many famous players and he been since a regular middle-order batsman in the Indian International team.
Kedar Jadhav’s IPL debut was in 2010. He started the series by playing for Delhi Daredevils. In his very first match, he scored a blisteringly fast half century that made his team win. He was awarded the “man of the match” for his stunning performance.
For the next two years, he played in the Kochi Tuskers Kerala team. In 2013, he started playing for Delhi Daredevils again, where he stayed till 2016. He left Delhi Daredevils in 2016 and joined Royal Challengers Bangalore for IPL.
